肠道菌群与宿主细胞相互作用模型研究进展

摘要

肠道微生物在人类健康中扮演着重要角色,多种临床疾病如肥胖、糖尿病和心血管疾病等的发生发展均与肠道菌群失衡密切相关.随着高通量测序技术的发展,人们对肠道微生物的认识有了突破性的进展,宿主肠道上皮细胞与肠道微生物间的相互作用已成为当前研究的热点和难点之一.由于动物试验受到伦理审查、实验成本等因素制约,人们对开发体外肠道菌群与宿主细胞相互作用模型愈加感兴趣.本文对最新肠道菌(群)?肠道上皮细胞相互作用模型,以及其工作原理与应用前景进行综述,希望能为肠道菌(群)功能研究提供新技术和新思路.%Intestinal microbes play an important role in human health. The development of various clinical diseases, such as obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease, is closely related to the imbalance of intestinal microflora. With the development of high?throughput sequencing technology, there has been a breakthrough in the understanding of intestinal microorganism. The interaction between intestinal epithelial cells and intestinal microbes has become one of the hotspots and difficulties of current research. Because of the constraints of ethical review and experimental cost, people are more interested in the development of interaction models between the intestinal microflora and the host cells. In this paper, interaction models between intestinal microflora and host cells, and its working principle and application prospect are reviewed, hoping to provide new techniques and new ideas for studying functions of intestinal microbes.
