Pender健康促进模式在乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼计划中的应用

摘要

Pender′s health promotion model explains the factors influencing health behaviors, which provides a framework for nursing practice and research. Functional exercise compliance in postoperative patients with breast cancer was in a low level, this article reviewed factors influencing functional exercise among breast cancer survivors through three aspects based on health promotion model and made some suggestions on nursing intervention, to promote the rehabilitation of this population.%Pender健康促进模式全面分析了健康促进行为的影响因素，为护理实践和护理研究提供了理论框架。乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性欠佳，健康促进模式应用到乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼计划中，从个人特征及经历、特定行为认知及情感、行为结果3方面回顾分析影响患者功能锻炼的因素，并提出针对性护理措施，帮助患者实施并坚持正确的患肢功能锻炼，以促进该人群康复。
