中药熏蒸加局部外敷治疗特发性面神经麻痹疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe clinical effect of herbal fumigation combination with local external therapy on idiopathic facial paralysis. Methods One handred and forty‐eight cases meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into study group and control group. In addition to conventional western medicine therapy for two groups ,the study group received herbal fumigation and local external therapy.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of study group were 90% and 97.5% re‐spectively ,which were 42.65% and 79.41% in the control group. From this ,in terms of efficacy ,statistical difference was observed between two groups (P< 0.05). Additionally ,the course of therapy showed statistical difference between two groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion The therapy of herbal fumigation combination with local external treatment may not only improve effi ‐cacy in idiopathic facial paralysis patients ,but also shorten the treatment course.%目的：观察中药薰蒸结合局部中药外敷治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的148例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用常规西医疗法，治疗组在常规西医疗法的基础上加用中药熏蒸结合局部中药外敷疗法。结果治疗组痊愈率90％，总有效率97.5％；对照组痊愈率42.65％，总有效率79.41％。2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），2组痊愈病例疗程比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论中药熏蒸结合局部中药外敷综合治疗特发性面神经麻痹能提高疗效，缩短疗程。
