法舒地尔联合高压氧治疗迟发型外伤性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘要

目的：分析法舒地尔联合高压氧治疗迟发型外伤性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取在我院接受治疗的迟发型外伤性脑梗死患者140例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组70例。2组患者入院时均给予常规支持治疗，观察组在此基础上给予高压氧联合法舒地尔治疗，对照组仅给予法舒地尔治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.29％，对照组为80.00％，观察组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为15.71％，对照组为14.29％，2组相比差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论法舒地尔联合高压氧治疗迟发型外伤性脑梗死临床效果显著，且不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广。%Objective To analyze the effects of fasudil combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on delayed traumatic cere‐bral infarction.Methods 140 cases with delayed traumatic cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group ,70 cases in each group. Besides the routine‐supportive therapy after admission ,pa‐tients in the observation group were given fasudil combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy ,the control group only received fastidious therapy. Results The effective rate of 94.29% in observation group was higher than 80% in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). In addition ,the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 15.71% ,which showed no statistical difference compared with the occurrence of 14.29% in the control group (P> 0.05).Conclusion Fasudil combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a significant clinical effect on delayed traumatic cerebral in‐farction with the low incidence of adverse reactions ,which should be worthy of clinical application.
