目的：探讨高压氧治疗在颅脑外伤伴视神经损伤患者中的应用价值。方法选择2011‐03—2013‐06我院收治的颅脑外伤伴视神经损伤患者90例，随机将患者分为研究组和对照组，研究组58例，对照组32例。对照组给予一般基础治疗，研究组给予一般基础治疗联合高压氧治疗，比较2组治疗效果和视力恢复情况。结果研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组（分别94.83％、68.75％），且治疗后观察组患者视力明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。研究组内不同治疗时机患者有效率有显著差别，＜3 d开始治疗的患者有效率显著高于3 d～1周和＞1周治疗者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高压氧治疗颅脑外伤伴视神经损伤患者效果显著，且越早救治，治疗效果越好。%Objective To investigate the clinical value of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with traumatic brain injury combined optic nerve injury. Methods Ninety patients with traumatic brain injury combined optic nerve injury in our hospital were selected from March 2011 to June 2013 ,which were divided into control group (n=58) and observation group (n=32). All patients were given general basic treatment ,and the patients in observation group were given additional hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The treatment effects and visual recovery of two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than control group (94. 83% vs. 68. 75% ,P<0. 05) ,and the visual acuity of observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0. 05). There exist significant difference between different courses of the disease and the treatment of patients in three days was better than patients in more than three days (P<0. 05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment in patients with traumatic brain injury combined optic nerve injury is significant ,and the sooner the treatment ,the better the efficacy.
