脑室外引流术联合腰椎大池置管持续引流治疗高血压脑出血破入脑室的效果分析

摘要

目的：观察脑室外引流术联合腰椎大池置管持续引流治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法将83例高血压脑出血破入脑室患者分为2组，对照组（n＝41）给予常规脑室外引流术，观察组（n＝42）在对照组基础上辅以腰椎大池置管持续引流；比较2组临床效果。结果观察组血性脑脊液变澄清时间以及三、四脑室积血基本消失时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后3个月的预后情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论脑室外引流术联合腰椎大池置管持续引流治疗高血压脑出血破入脑室引流液澄清快、拔管早、病人意识恢复好，具有较高的近期效果，但远期效果有待深入研究。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of ventricle drainage combined with lumbar continuous drainage of fluid treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and breaking into ventricle.Methods Eighty-three cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and breaking into ventricle were divided into two groups.The control group(n=41)was treated by con‐ventional ventricle drainage ,and the observation group(n=42)was treated by ventricle drainage combined with lumbar continu‐ous drainage.The clinical effect of two groups was compared.Results The clarification time of bloody cerebrospinal fluid and the extinction time of the third and fourth intraventricular hemorrhage in the observation group was evidently shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The prognosis of the observation group three months after operation was evidently better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ventricle drainage combined with lumbar continuous drainage of fluid trea‐ting hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and breaking into ventricle has an advantages of rapid drainage clarification ,early tube drawing ,good consciousness recovery ,which has higher effect.But the long-term effect needs to be deeply researched .
