凋亡抑制基因Survivin在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要

Objective To study the expression of Survivin in benign and malignant ovarian tumors and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Survivin in 38 cases of ovarian cancers and 12 cases of benign ovarian tumors.The expression of Survivin mRNA was measured by in situ hybridization.Results The positive expression rates of Survivin protein and mRNA in ovarian cancers were 81.58％ (31/38)and 68.42％ (26/38),respectively,the positive expression rates of survivin protein and mRNA in benign tumors were 33.33％ (4/12) and 25.00％ (3/12),respectively.Survivin expressions in benign and malignant tumors had significant difference.Survivin expression was closed related with the clinical stage,histological grades,lymph node metastasis of ovarian carcinoma and ascites,but was not related with the histological type of ovarian carcinoma.Conclusions Survivin protein and mRNA expressions were increased in ovarian cancer.Survivin may serve as an important prognosis predicting factor and target of therapy.%目的 研究卵巢良、恶性肿瘤中Survivin的表达及其临床意义.方法 用免疫组化法检测38例卵巢癌和12例卵巢良性肿瘤中Survivin的表达情况,用原位杂交(ISH)法检测Survivin mRNA.结果 Survivin蛋白及其mRNA在卵巢癌中的阳性表达率分别为81.58％ (31/38)、68.42％( 26/38)；在卵巢良性肿瘤中的阳性表达率分别为33.33％ (4/12)、25.00％ (3/12).良、恶性肿瘤之间Survivin蛋白及其mRNA的表达比较差异有统计学意义.其中,Survivin表达与卵巢癌的临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移和腹水密切相关,但与卵巢癌组织学类型无关.结论 Survivin表达在卵巢癌中增强,Survivin有可能作为卵巢癌的一项重要预后预测因素和治疗靶点.
