Objective To study the effective treatment of tuberous thyroid tumor combined with thyroid cancer,and summary the treatment experience. Methods The clinica data of 50 cases of tuber-ous thyroid tumor merged thyroid cancer in our haspital were retrospectively analyzed,the clinical charac-teristics and pathological characteristics of the disease was sorted and analyzed. Results Anong the 50 patients,there were 2 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma,6 cases of medullary carcinoma,10 cases of follicular carcinoma and 24 cases of papilloma,8 cases of papilloma with follicular carcinoma. All pa-tients were treated with surgery,no patients died perioperatively,there was no serious postoperative com-plications,there were 8 patients with lymphatic leakage,voice hoarse,tetany,the complication rate was 16% ,and recovered after symptomatic treatment. During the postoperative 1 - 6 years of follow-up,3 cases(6% )relapsed. Conclusions Preoperative attaches great importance to the tuberous thyroid tumor merged thyroid cancer,can choose for reasonable operation method,provide important scientific basis for clear scope of operation,and improve the clinical effect of surgical treatment.%目的：探讨分析结节性甲状腺肿瘤合并甲状腺癌的有效治疗方法，总结治疗体会。方法对太仓市人民医院收治的50例结节性甲状腺肿瘤合并甲状腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，整理、分析该种疾病的临床特点以及病理特点。结果本研究50例患者中未分化癌2例，髓样癌6例，滤泡癌10例，乳头状瘤24例，乳头状瘤合并滤泡癌8例。所有患者均接受手术治疗，围术期并未发现患者死亡，术后并未出现严重并发症，8例患者出现淋巴漏、声音嘶哑、手足抽搐等症状，并发症发生率为16%，经对症处理后痊愈出院。术后随访1~6年，复发3例（6%）。结论术前重视结节性甲状腺肿瘤合并甲状腺癌诊断，可为临床选择合理的手术方式，明确手术范围提供重要的科学依据，提高临床手术治疗效果。
