氧化锆全瓷冠加纤维桩修复前牙复杂冠根折的临床疗效及预后效果

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and prognosis of zirconia all ce-ramic crowns combined with fiber post in the repairment of anterior teeth complex crown root fracture,to provide new ideas and theoretical support for the treatment of patients with anterior teeth complex crown root fracture. Methods One hundrad and two patients with anterior teeth complex crown root fractures from April 2012 to April 2015 were selected as the study subjects according to the different repair surgery;they were divided into the study group and the conventional group,with 51 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated by conventional crown lengthening surgery and orthodontic traction treatment,and study group was used zirconia all ceramic crowns with fiber post restoration treatment. The effects and prognosis,the gingival sulcus bleeding index,periodontal probing depth changes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 94. 12% in the study group and 76. 47% in the conventional group,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P ﹤ 0. 05);the total complication rate was 7. 84% in the study group and 25. 48% in the conventional group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). The two groups before treatment,sulcus bleeding index,probing depth comparison had no significant difference(P ﹥ 0. 05);after treatment,the indicators of the study group were significantly better than those of the conventional group,the differences were significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusions The application of zirconia all ceram-ic crown plus fiber post in the repairment of anterior teeth complex crown root fracture patients has signifi-cant effect,good effect,low incidence of complications,with a certain safety and clinical value,so it is worth to be popularized.%目的：探讨研究氧化锆全瓷冠加纤维桩修复前牙复杂冠根折的临床疗效及预后效果，为前牙复杂冠根折患者的治疗提供新的思路及理论支持。方法抽取2012年4月至2015年4月102例前牙复杂冠根折患者作为研究对象，根据修复手术不同分为研究组与常规组，每组51例。常规组采用常规牙冠延长术和正畸牵引术治疗，研究组采用氧化锆全瓷冠加纤维桩修复治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果、预后效果及治疗前后龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度变化情况。结果研究组治疗有效率为94.12％，常规组为76.47％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；研究组并发症总发生率为7.84％，常规组为25.48％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。治疗前两组龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度对比差异未见统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）；治疗后研究组各项指标均明显优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论采用氧化锆全瓷冠加纤维桩修复前牙复杂冠根折患者效果显著，效果较好，并发症发生率低，具有一定安全性和临床价值，值得推广应用。
