硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压综合征的疗效及对孕妇血浆、红细胞中钙、镁离子水平的影响

Objective To analyze the efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol on pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) and its effect on the intracellular calcium and magnesium levels in pregnant women's plasma and erythrocytes.Methods Ninety-four patients with PIH admitted from February 2016 to February 2018 in hospital were divided into study group (47 cases) and control group (47 cases) according to different treatment methods.Both groups were treated with labetalol.The study group was treated with magnesium sulfate on the basis of this treatment.Then the treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results In the study group , the levels of magnesium ions in plasma and e-rythrocytes were (1.29 ±0.06) mmol/L, (2.50 ±0.41) mmol/L, which were higher than those in the control group [(1.00 ±0.08) mmol/L, (1.87 ±0.39) mmol/L], there were significant differences (P＜0.05 ); the calcium levels in plasma and erythrocytes of the study group were ( 2.71 ± 0.09) mmol/L, (0.20 ±0.02) mmol/L, which were lower than those in the control group [ (2.01 ± 0.08) mmol/L, (0.29 ±0.03) mmol/L], there were significant differences (P＜0.05); the total effi-cacy of the control group was 72.34%(34/47),which was lower than that of the study group [95.74%(45/47), P ＜0.05].After treatment, the DBP in the study group was (73.20 ±5.23) mmHg (1 mmHg＝0.133 kPa), which was lower than that in the control group [(90.02 ±6.28)mmHg, P＜0.05].Conclusions Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol has good effect on pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.%目的 分析硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)的疗效及对孕妇血浆、红细胞中钙、镁离子水平的影响.方法 选择医院2016年2月至2018年2月收治的94例PIH患者,按照不同治疗用药分为研究组(47例)和对照组(47例).两组均应用拉贝洛尔治疗,研究组在此基础加硫酸镁治疗,分析两组治疗效果.结果 研究组血浆、红细胞中镁离子水平[(1.29 ±0.06)、(2.50 ±0.41)mmol/L]均高于对照组[(1.00 ±0.08)、(1.87 ±0.39)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组血浆、红细胞中钙离子水平[(2.71 ±0.09)、(0.20 ± 0.02)mmol/L]均低于对照组[(2.01 ±0.08)、(0.29 ±0.03)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);对照组总有效率为72.34%(34/47),低于研究组[95.74%( 45/47), P＜0.05];治疗后研究组舒张压( DBP)为(73.20 ± 5.23)mmHg(1 mmHg＝0.133 kPa),低于对照组[(90.02 ±6.28)mmHg,P＜0.05].结论 硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压综合征患者,治疗效果显著.
