盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合硫酸软骨素治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果

摘要

目的 评价盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合硫酸软骨素治疗膝关节炎的临床效果.方法 选取膝关节骨关节炎患者90例,随机分为三组,每组30例,分别给予口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖(A组)、硫酸软骨素(B组)、盐酸氨基葡萄糖+硫酸软骨素(C组).三组治疗周期持续1个月,7d为一疗程,共治疗4个疗程.结果 三组患者Lysholm膝关节功能评分均随着疗程不断改善,且C组治疗后1、2、4周三个时间点Lysholm膝关节功能评分均高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).与A、B组比较,C组治疗有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 盐酸氨基葡萄糖片或硫酸软骨素联合用药效果优于单独用药,其治疗膝关节炎疗效明确,值得推广.%Objective To evaluate the efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride tablets combined with chondroitin sulphate in the treatment of gonarthritis.Methods Ninety patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into three group,with 30 patients in each group.Glucosamine hydrochloride (group A),chondroitin sulfate (group B) and glucosamine hydrochloride + chondroitin sulfate (group C) were given orally.The three groups were treated for one month,with seven days as a course of treatment.Patients underwent four courses of treatment.Results Lysholm knee function scores of three groups were improved with the course of treatment.Lysholm knee function score of group C was higher than that of group A and group B at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment (P ＜0.01).Curative efficacy of group C was higher than that of group A and group B,the difference was significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusions The effect of glucosamine hydrochloride tablets combined with chondroitin sulfate is superior to single glucosamine hydrochloride tablets or chondroitin sulfate in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee,which has significant curative effects and is worthy of promotion.
