妊娠剧吐并发Wernicke脑病主要是由于长期呕吐和不能进食导致维生素B.严重缺乏而发生的急性或亚急性中枢神经系统代谢性疾病,病理变化是脑室和导水管周围灰质、小脑、丘脑背核、下丘脑和乳头体斑状出血与坏死.主要表现为眼球运动障碍、共济失调、精神和意识障碍,及时治疗其结局是可逆的,诊断和治疗的延误可能留有神经系统并发症甚至患者死亡.治疗应采取以维生素B1补充为主的综合疗法.%Wernicke's encephalopathy is an acute or subacute central nervous system metabolic disease which causes by seriously deficiency of vitamin Bn (VitB1), due to the long-term vomiting and feeding difficult. The pathology is punctuate hemorrhage and necrosis affecting the gray matter around the third and fourth ventricles and aqueduct of Sylvius, the cerebellum, the medial dorsal nuclei, the hypothalamic and the mammillary body. The main symptoms of this disease are ophthalmoplegia, ataxia, and mental confusion. Immediate treatment can result in reversible, the delay in diagnosis and treatment possibly leaves the nervous system complication even though patient will die. Treatment begins with intravenous or intramuscular injection of VitB1 followed by comprehensive treatment.
