聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶治疗压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2005年10月至2010年8月德国开姆尼茨红十字中心医院应用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶经尿道注射治疗压力性尿失禁患者450例,追踪381例术后的主观效果和客观效果.结果 术后患者的主观评价结果显示SUI的治愈率和好转率之和为76.4％,客观评价结果显示SUI的治愈率和好转率之和为83.2％,无严重并发症发生.结论 经尿道注射聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶治疗压力性尿失禁具有安全、简便、疗效确切、并发症少、患者可接受性高等优点,有望成为女性SUI的重要治疗方法,但仍需长期随访.%Objective To evaluate the results of hulking agent therapy with polyacrylamide hydrogel. Methods Retrospectively analyze the data of 450 patients with SUI in DRK- Krankenhaus Chemnitz-Rabenstein in Germany. All of them had intra-urethral injections therapy with polyacrylamide hydrogel and 381 patients were followed up. Results Subjective operative outcome showed the rate of cured and improved is 76. 4% . Objective operative outcome showed the rate of cured and improved patients is 83.1% and no serious complications. Conclusion Polyacrylamide hydrogel ( Bulkamid ) is an effective and safe method for the treatment of female stress incontinence. The procedure is simple, complication-free, has a high acceptance rate and can be used as an important intervention for SUI. Long-term follow-up is still necessary.
