质子交换膜燃料电池系统平板膜增湿器性能

     

摘要

The factors that influence the performance of plate-and-frame membrane humidifier are analyzed. Based on solution-diffusion theory, the mechanism of plate-and-frame humidifier is described. The heat and mass transfer model of plate-and-frame humidifier is developed by using Fick's law, Fouriers law and Neuto's law of cooling. The influences of various parameters on the heat and mass transfer of plate-and-frame humidifier are analyzed by integration of experiment and model, so these results can be the reference for design of plate-and-frame membrane humidifier.%分析了影响燃料电池系统中平板膜增湿器性能的因素,基于溶解扩散理论,描述平板膜增湿器增湿机制.利用费克定律、傅里叶定律、牛顿冷却定律建立了平板膜增湿器传质传热模型,通过实验和模型相结合的方式分析各个参数如何对平板膜增湿器传质、传热起作用,为气液换湿的平板膜增湿器设计提供依据.
