钠离子电池负极复合材料的性能及稳定性改善

             

摘要

Using non-toxic red phosphorus as raw materials,the black scale and P/SnSb/C sodium ion battery anode materials were prepared by chemical reduction and high energy ball milling.The morphology,phase structure and electrochemical properties of the materials were analyzed by SEM,XRD,galvanostatic charge discharge and cyclic voltammetry.Through the analysis,it's found that the conductive properties of black scale can be improved by adding conductive carbon black and SnSb.Under the cycle condition of 100 mA/g and 0.01-3.00 V,the first discharge specific capacity of P/SnSb/C is 776.25 mAh/g,the first coulomb efficiency is 83.5%,the fiftieth discharge specific capacity is 556.45 mAh/g,and the fiftieth coulomb efficiency is 98.9%.%将无毒红磷作为原材料,通过化学还原和高能球磨的方法制备得到黑鳞、P/SnSb/C钠离子电池负极材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、恒流充放电和循环伏安测试对材料的形貌特征、物相结构及电化学性能进行分析.实验发现,加入导电炭黑及SnSb后,可使黑鳞的导电性能得到提升,进而提高结构的稳定性.以100 mA/g的电流密度在0.01~3.00 V的条件下循环,P/SnSb/C的首次放电比容量为776.25 mAh/g,首次库仑效率为83.5%,第50次循环的放电比容量为556.45 mAh/g,库仑效率为98.9%.
