卫星锂离子蓄电池组管理单元EMC设计

         

摘要

详述了一种卫星用锂离子蓄电池组管理单元的EMC设计.根据管理单元各部分电路自身的特点,分别进行了EMC干扰源的识别,并有针对性的采取相应措施进行EMC设计.根据理论分析和仿真结果来看,由于管理单元模块内部大部分为直流信号,所以辐射干扰影响有限;线缆上的信号串扰是形成传导干扰的主要原因,采取了将信号及信号采样线做成双绞线的措施,以满足卫星电子设备的电磁兼容要求.%The EMC design of a lithium-ion battery management unit for satellite was described.According to the characteristics of each part circuits,the EMC interference sources were respectively identified,and the corresponding measures were taken to conduct EMC design.According to theoretical analysis and simulation results,the radiated interference is limited for DC signal in the management unit;the main cause of the conductive interference is signal crosstalk on cable.A twisted pair of signal cables was adopted to meet the electromagnetic compatibility requirement of satellite electronic equipment.
