铬离子掺杂锰酸锂电池高温溶解性的图像分析

         

摘要

结合扫描电镜图像研究不同温度下LiMn2-xCrO4中铬离子和锰离子的溶解性能.当LiMn2-xCrO4粉末浸入到到含有LiPF6的电解液时,铬离子和锰离子就会溶解.增加LiMn2-xcrxO4中的铬离子,在常温和高温条件下,锰离子的溶解量均大幅减小.在LiMn2O4中掺杂铬离子,会抑制高温下锰离子的溶解反应,因此会导致容量衰退.此外提高浸泡温度,会使铬离子和锰离子的溶解量大幅增加.温度在铬离子掺杂和非掺杂LiMn2O4的溶解中起着关键作用.%The dissolution behavior of Cr and Mn ions in LiMn2-xCrxO4 under different temperatures was studied by scanning electron microscopy.When the LiMn2-xCrxO)4 powder was immersed in an electrolyte containing LiPF6,the chromium and manganese ions were dissolved.Chromium ion in LiMn2-xCrxO4 was increased.Under the normal temperature and high temperature conditions,the amount of dissolved manganese ions were significantly reduced.This shows that in LiMn2O4 doped chromium ions,the dissolution of manganese ions is inhibited at high temperatures,and therefore a decline in capacity is lead.In addition,the amount of dissolved quantity of chromium ions and manganese ions would be significantly increased with the increasing of the immersion temperature.This shows that temperature plays a key role in the dissolution of Cr doped and non doped LiMn2O4.
