负极添加膨胀剂后PLC电池容量恢复性的变化

     

摘要

The expansion agent (PASP) was used to replace lignin sodium sulfuric acid in anode active material of PLC lead battery.The low temperature and charge retention of the improved battery were tested.The results show that with the addition of expansive agent,the low temperature discharge capacity for the first time reduces;the discharge capacity of the battery gradually rises with the increase of cycle time at low temperature.When the battery reaches a steady state,the low temperature discharge capacity is relatively higher than that of lignin sodium sulfuric acid batteries.When 12% expansive agent (polyaspartic acid) is added into the electrolyte,the lead sulfate grains can be refined,and the recovery of the battery capacity can be enhanced.%主要利用膨胀剂(聚天冬氨酸)取代PLC用铅蓄电池负极活性物质中的木素硫磺酸钠,并对改进之后电池的低温和荷电保持性能进行测试.结果表明,当添加膨胀剂后,降低了电池首次低温放电容量,随后电池的放电容量随低温循环的次数增多而逐步上升.当电池达到稳定状态时,其低温放电容量与木素硫磺酸钠电池相比较高.当向电解液中加入质量分数为12%的膨胀剂(聚天冬氨酸)后,可细化硫酸铅晶粒,同时增强电池容量的恢复性.
