电池特性对电动载人飞行器性能影响分析

             

摘要

电池特性对轻型电动载人飞行器的飞行性能有很大的影响.根据电池驱动飞行器在运行过程中质量不变的特点,推导了电动飞行器航程航时的估算公式.在此基础上,建立锂电池电压降及其不一致性的数学模型并给出分析步骤,研究其对电动飞行器航程航时性能的影响.最后,以中国轻型双座电动飞行器E430为例,定量分析计算了电池特性对电动飞行器飞行性能的影响.结果表明:锂电池在使用过程中的电压降会降低电动飞行器的航程航时性能;锂电池组的有效容量会随着循环使用次数的增加而不断衰减,且不一致性会加快这一趋势,影响了电动飞行器的整体性能.%Battery characteristics have great influence on the flight performance of light electric manned aircraft.With the consideration of the weight unchanged feature for the battery-driven aircraft during the flight,a set of effective equations were developed for theoretically predicting the range and endurance of electric aircraft.On the basis,the mathematical model and analysis steps of the lithium battery voltage drop and inconsistency were obtained to study the effect on the flight performance of the electric aircraft.The proposed equations were applied to predict quantitatively the flight performance of the Chinese two-seater E430 electric aircraft.The results show that the voltage drop of the lithium battery during the discharge process will decline the flight performance of the electric aircraft;the effective capacity of lithium battery is attenuating as the number of cycle use increasing,and the inconsistency of batteries will decrease with the cycle increase,and the inconsistency will accelerate the trend,influencing the flight performance of electric aircraft.
