热电池CoS2薄膜正极的制备及性能研究

             

摘要

研究了浆料涂布法制备CoS2薄膜正极的工艺.对和膏剂及干燥条件等工艺过程和参数进行优化.采用×射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对薄膜进行表征.研究表明,H-1为和膏剂时,薄膜单体电池的放电性能最优.相比粉末压片工艺,薄膜工艺更适合自动化生产,薄膜正极制备的单体电池放电性能更好,特别是大电流放电的优势更加明显.%The technology of CoS2 thin-film cathode made by pasting was studied.The processes and parameters of pasting agents and drying condition were optimized.The prepared thin-film was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the cell made of thin-film cathode using H-1 as pasting agent displays remarkable discharge performance.Compared with powder pressed pellet electrodes,the thin-film electrodes have better discharge performance,especially at larger discharging current,and the thin-film electrode producing process is more suitable for automatic production.
