For the current problems in the complex fuel cell model,for example,the accuracy is not high and it is not easy to study control strategy,an empirical models was established.It's concluded that the empirical model based on Fourier fitting is the best by comparing with other empirical models.Then different orders of Fourier fitting model were selected for simulation analysis.Considering the control accuracy and response speed,it's concluded that three Fourier fitting model is the best for controlling the temperature.The model offers a new idea for the actual temperature control of proton exchange membrane fuel cell,and it can provide theoretical guidance for the temperature control of subsequent cell stack or large battery system.%针对目前燃料电池温度控制模型复杂、准确度不高、不利于实际控制策略研究等问题,建立了温度与电压、电流密度的经验模型.通过几种拟合建模方法的对比得出基于傅里叶拟合的经验模型最佳.然后选取不同阶数的傅里叶拟合模型进行仿真分析,综合考虑控制精度与响应速度得出运用3次傅里叶拟合模型控制温度最佳.该模型为质子交换膜燃料电池实际温度的控制提供了一种思路,可为后续电池堆或大电池系统的温度控制提供理论指导.
