比索洛尔致不良反应文献分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the adverse effects of bisoprolol induced the general rules and characteristics. Methods We searched the "China Journal Full -text Database "and "Chinese Scientific and Technial Periodicals Database" in 1994 and 2009 due to adverse drug reactions bisoprolol, and statistical analysis. Results Bisoprolol caused a total of 13 cases of adverse reactions, more men than women. Adverse reactions due to a maximum of sinoatrial, atrioventricular block in 5 patients(38.46%), followed by secondary amenorrhea in 2 cases(15.38%), urinary system diseases in 2 cases(18.36%), respiratory disorder in 2 cases(18.36 %), neurological problems and 1(7.70%). Conclusion The clinical application should strengthen monitoring of bisoprolol in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.%目的 探讨比索洛尔致不良反应的一般规律与特点.方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库及维普中文科技期刊文献数据库,收集1994～2009年比索洛尔所致不良反应文献,并进行统汁、分析.结果 比索洛尔引起的不良反应共计13例,男性多于女性.所致不良反应最多为窦房、房室阻滞5例(3846％),其次为继发性闭经2例(15.38％)、泌尿系统疾病2例(18.36％)、呼吸系统障碍2例(18.36)、神经系统问题1例(7.70％).结论 临床上应加强比索洛尔应用的监测,以减少不良反应的发生.
