Via analyzing and considering the unreasonable prescription criteria in Management Practices of Hospital Prescription Comment(Trial), some problems about its related items are discussed in this study. These problems, which include superposition of content's subordination, confusion of cause and result, similarity or repetition of content, are easy to cause confusion, misjudgment or repetition in prescription comment results. As a result, some suggestions, including adjusting the unreasonable prescription criteria related items, defining and explaining the places easy to misunderstand or confuse, are raised to enhance its practicability, to advance the effect of prescription comment on the continuous quality improvement of prescription, and to improve the rational drug application in clinic.%通过对《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》中不合理处方判定标准的分析与思考,探讨相关条目中存在的互相包含、因果交叉、相似重复等问题.这些问题易导致处方点评结果出现混淆、误判、重复等现象.建议调整不合理处方判定标准相关条目,对易误解、易混淆等处予以界定和释义,增强其可操作性,提高处方点评在持续质量改进过程中的作用,促进临床药物合理应用.
