小儿颌面部化脓性淋巴结炎492例分析

@@ 颌面部炎症疾患中,以小儿急性化脓性淋巴结炎最常见.由于小儿生理解剖和免疫等的特点,其病程经过、治疗和预后与成人有显著差异.本文对我科1958年1月～1981年1月492例患儿的临床资料进行初步分析.%492 children under 12 years of age(251 male,241 female)with maxillofacial purulent lymphadenitis are reported.Most of them aged abou one year.The lesions in 324 cases(66%)were located in the submaxillary lymph nodes.301 cases(61%)resulted from upper respiratory infection.In 169 cases with positive culture.the staphylococci aureus were identifled in 128 cases.According to the clinical features,the disease might be divided into four types：sluggish,common,severe and multiple type.Of our group,114 cases(23%)belonged to the sluggish type.The process of inflammation progressed slowly,and is limited within the lymph nodes.An abscess with a thick wall and small cavity was formed in about a month.Seeing that both conservative treatment and repeatedly puncture.aspirations can not obtain a satisfactory result,we consider that the surgical drainage is the better choice.
