B超监视下水压和水气压灌肠治疗小儿急性肠套迭110例

@@ 国内外普遍采用X光监视下空气或钡灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套迭,但X线对患儿有一定影响,特别是对反复发病和复位时间较长的患儿接受X线的剂量更多些.本院1986年1～6月在B超监视下水压或水气压灌肠治疗小儿肠套迭110例,不仅避免了X线的照射,而且复位中影像清晰,复位标准明确,复位效果满意.%From Jan. to Apr., 1986, 110 cases of intussuception were diagosed by B-type ultra-sonography and successfully reduced by enema with hydrostatic or hydropneumatic pressure under the supervision of ultrasonogram. The technique discloses:(1) The diagnosis rate by ultrasonography reached 100% and the reduction rate by the-above-mentioned procedure was as high as 96%(2) Ultrasonographic technique used in the diagnosis and reduction can keep the patients away from the harmful effect of X-ray.(3) The ultrasonographic pictures are bet-ter illustrative than that of X-ray fluoroscopy, and can serve a better indicator in the reduc-tion.(4) The procedures are performed under visible light, that patient's general condi-tion, and abdominal distension can be constan-tly kept under the physician's supervision.(5) this technique is simple and can be adopted nationwide.
