先天性肾盂输尿管梗阻所致小儿肾积水

摘要

报道先天性肾盂输尿管梗阻所致小儿肾积水52例,4例在胎儿期"B超"发现且出生后复查确诊.术后证实肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻占82%,位于输尿管末端者占16%.51例行手术治疗,治愈48例.对肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻行Anderson-Hynes手术疗效良好.%Fifty-two cases of hydronephrosis are reported.They are resulted either from congenital pelviureteric junction obstruction,82%,or from distal ureteral narrowing,18%.In four cases,the diagnosis was made in the fetal stage by B-ultrasonogram.Fifty-one cases(56 kidneys)including one neonate underwent surgical internention.48 were cured(92.3%)and 4 improved(7.7%).Prenatal ultrasonogram is valuable in the early diagnosis and treatment of congenital hydronephrosis.In case the IVP fails to tell the diagnosis,an antegrade percutaneous pyelogram under the guide of ultrasound would demonstrate the site of obstruction and the degree of renal damage.Anderson-Hynes procedure gives satisfactory results in infants Proyided that the infantile ureters should always be handled with care.
