核素在小儿泌尿外科的临床应用

摘要

本文总结了1985年以来应用放射性同位素示踪技术在小儿泌尿系统疾病的手术前诊断及手术后疗效观察的临床应用研究.男7例,女6例.年龄最小2个月,最大13岁,3岁以下者占7例.着重介绍示踪剂的选择、剂量与检查方法,讨论核素在泌尿外科应用的原理.%Radioactive nuclein 131I-OIH or 99mTc. DTPA was used in 13 patients with pediatric urological diseases, aged 2 mgs to 13 yrs. Both intravenous and percutaneous-pelvic procedures have been followed. The authors sum up the indications as, (1)a proper diagnosis and follow-up of vesico-ureteric reflux;(2)a search for duplication of ureter and its ectopic opening;(3)a differential assessment of the function of either kidney;and (4)a screening of pediatric hypertensions.
