Abstract: The treatment of non-invasive bladder carcinoma using Photofrin (sodium porfimer) and laser photodynamic therapy (PDT) is described. The patients described who were treated with this modality had positive cytology and biopsy-proven transitional cell carcinoma, no histologic evidence of muscle invasion, and negative excretory urograms.!
