小儿椎管内肿瘤误诊原因分析(附16例报告)

摘要

小儿椎管内肿瘤早期(刺激期)常无脊髓及神经根受压的典型表现,且临床上多查不到阳性体征,易延误诊断,本文报道了16例小儿椎管内肿瘤,从发病到确诊平均28个月.作者根据本组病例误诊的原因,结合文献提出了早期诊断的临床依据,将有助于获得早期诊断和提高治愈率.%Sixteen cases with intraspinal tumors in children are reported.Among them,8 were boys and 8 were girls.The ages ranged from 3 to 14 years.The tumors of 14 cases were benign and 2 malignant.The disease beingrare,diagnosis was all delayed because of atypieal symptoms in early period.The initial symptom in most cases is pain in Iambus and legs.Usually,there are no positive findings.It is easily taken for lumbar trauma or inflammation of the urethra.When motor or sensory disturbance of the lower extremity appears,the diagnosis may he confirmed with physical examination.The authors analyse the cause of misdiagnosis and propose the bases aid to early diagnosis.
