脂肪乳剂在小儿手术与创伤后应用的代谢研究

摘要

本文对28例1个月～12岁手术或创伤后患儿一次性输入脂肪乳剂,与30例对照组比较,两组间血甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸峰值、8小时后恢复值均无统计学差异(P＞0.05),血胆固醇无明显变化(P＞0.05).提示小儿手术与创伤后高分解代谢期,脂肪乳剂可正常代谢和利用.%Fat emulsion elimination patterns in 28 patients after major operation or injury,aged from 1 month to 12 years,were studied.10% Intralipid,dose of 1.0g/kg,was infused througlr peripheral veins over hours,and specimens of serum were collected at 0,2,4,6,8 hours.There was no significant difference in the concentration of serum triglyceride (TG) and free fatty acid (FFA) between injured children and controls (P＜0.05).Serum cholesterol level was slightly higher (P＜0.05) during infusion,but returned normal at 8 hour.This results suggeste that fat emulsion can be normally metabolized by postoperative and injured patients.
