Arthroscopy was performed in 543 joints from November 1982 to 1988,including 18 joints in 13 children aged from 3 to 14 years old(3.3% of all cases)14 of the 18 joints were theumatoid arthritis(including 5 ankle joints).Value of the arthroscopic diagnosis and treatment,the important points of arthroscopic technique and the experience of arthroscopic synovectomy are also discussed in the article.%本文报告3～14岁的儿童关节镜术18例次,占同期关节镜术总数543例次的3.3%,其中除5个踝关节外,余均为膝关节.以类风湿性关节炎为最多见.并详细讨论了儿童的病种特点、关节镜术的诊治价值、技术操作的注意点和镜下滑膜切除术的体会等.
