本文报告15岁以下小儿急性外伤性颅内血肿164例,其中硬脑膜外血肿108例,硬脑膜下血肿39例,脑内血肿10例,多发性血肿7例.治愈150例,死亡14例,病死率为8.6%.作者总结了小儿急性外伤性颅内血肿的一些临床特点,为早期诊断提供了依据.%A series of 164 patients with acute intra cranial hematoma is reported in this paper.The age groups were 2(16 cases),2-6(59 cases),and 7-15 years old(89 cases).The causes of injury included falling down(119 cases),traffic accident(41 cases),and blund injury(4 cases).The location of hematoma included epidural(108 cases),subdural(39 cases),both in supra-and infra-tentorium(11 cases),and posterior cranial fossa(4 cases).Volume of the hematoma was below 30ml in 5 cases,30-50ml iu 44 cases,50-100ml in 87 cases and above 100ml in 28 cases.All of the patients were operated on,14(8.6%)died after operation,9 cases were complicated by hemiparesis,and 1 by aphasia.The authors describ the clinical characters of the cranial hematoma in children and discuss the methods to prevent complications and the meassures to reduce mortality.
