肛门直肠畸形儿肛门外括约肌肌电图的应用

摘要

External anal sphincter electromyography was performed with surface electrode in 32 preoperative patients with anorectal malformations.The amplitude and the frequency during rest and stimulating period in these patients were compared with those in control group.Two values of electromyographic activities were much lower than normal(P＜0.05)in high rectal malformation and one value lower in intermediate(P＜0.05).There are no significant difference between control and low type.Examination at different places around the anal dimple demonstrated marked difference in abnormal distribution.The results show that the higher the rectal pouch,the poorer the anal sphincter,and the more abnormal the muscles.%本文应用表面电极肌电图技术,对32名不同临床类型肛门直肠畸形儿进行了肛门外括约肌功能测定.结果表明高位型者肛门外括约肌发育较差,偏位者较多,中位型其次,低位型基本正常.因此,术前对肛门直肠畸形儿进行肛门外括约肌肌电图检查,有利于判定其发育程度、位置及范围,以选择适宜的肛门外口,充分利用括约肌,使患儿获得较好的排便控制.
