尿道下裂伴不完全性阴茎阴囊转位的矫治

摘要

16例不完全性阴茎、阴囊转位合并尿道下裂患儿在矫治尿道下裂时同期或分期作阴囊成形术,取得满意整形效果.本文对手术方法及治疗原则作了详细介绍.%Incomplete penoscrotal transposition associated with hypospadias is not rare.Cosmetic result is unsatisfactoy following simple repair of hypospadias.Scrotoplasty and urethroplasty were performed simultaneously in 16 children with this anomalies.Satisfactory reconstructon and normal appearance were obtained by this corrective procedures.Surgical method and its principle were descussed in detail.
