作者报告采用直肠肛管测压法对41例各种直肠肛管术后患儿的排便控制能力进行评定,并选择50例正常儿童作为对照.结合临床资料,作者认为排便控制障碍不仅与肛门内外括约肌的发育不良或受损有关,也与肠道功能,尤其是直肠的感觉和贮蓄功能密切相关.测压法可客观地评定大便失禁的程度,有助于分析失禁原因,指导临床治疗,且操作简便,无损伤,是检测肛门直肠功能的可靠方法.%Fourty-four children, who received various rectoanal operations, were examined under rectoanal manometry for evaluating the fecal continence. 50 normal children were used as control. Fecal incontinence closely relates not only to the congenital and acquired damage of the internal and external sphincter of the anus, but also to the local sensation and the reservoir functions of the rectum. It seems that anal manometry is helpful in detecting the degree of incontihence, and it is helpful to find out the cause of tncontinence.
