Since 1976,a kind of thenar skin flap has been used for repairing the tip finger pulp of the index and the middle finger in children.25 of 30 cases were satisfactory at follow-up.The indications of this procedure are as follows:(1) fresh wound with loss of soft tissue or/and finger pulp,or bony expossure of the distal phalanx;(2) finger tip necrosis.The average age of the operated children is 6.5 years.The follow-up is from 6 months to 14 years (average 7 years),the satisfaction rate is 88%.This method may preserve the length of the injured finger,the sensation,and the pinching function of the finger tip.%指端软组织缺损,临床常见.作者为24例患儿采用改良鱼际皮瓣术进行修复.文中介绍了治疗方法,要点,并对疗效进行了分析.
