直肠肛管纵切、心形吻合术—巨结肠根治术的改进

摘要

治疗先天性巨结肠症术式众多,远期随访结果表明其并发症仍较多见,原因除每一术式所存在的固有缺点外,无论哪种术式均有约8%左右的污粪或便秘发生.作者采用改进的"直肠肛管背侧纵切、心形斜吻合术"治疗40例,随访34例,效果良好.%Some complications,such as constipation and soiling,would take place after various definitive operation in treatment of Hirschoprung's disease due to mismanagement of internal anal sphincter.In order to prevent these complications,an improved operation that the posterior wall of rectoanal canal should be cleaved longitudially and the anastomosis be made obliquely was designed.From 1986 to 1990,34 out of 40 patients with this operation were followed up.The results show that the effect of the operation was excellent,The advantages of the operaion are not only to relieve spastic stenosis of internal sphincter,but also to preserve the functions to the largest extent,so that morbidity of constipation or soiling after operation could reduce dramatically.
