大鼠小肠移植后肠肌电活动的初步观察

摘要

本实验的目的在于了解小肠移植后固有肠段及移植肠段的肌电活动情况.利用同系鼠Brown-Norway作节段性小肠移植,术后14天在饥饿状态下检查各肠段肌电活动,见近端固有肠段出现电活动后数分钟移植肠及远端固有肠段才出现电活动.而喂食时三段肠管同时出现电活动,但是移植肠段的电活动强度及频率均低于近端固有肠段.这说明肠移植后其移行性运动复合波受到抑制.%The intestinal myoelectric activity in the host and graft segment was investigated in the intestinal transplantation.Brown-Norway rats were used for jejunal transplantation.14 days after operation,the examination was taken at the fasting state.The electramyograph showed slow waves and spikes in graft and host intestines.But the waves in the graft and distal host-intestine appeared later than in proximal intestine.When the rats began to be fed,the waves appear in the three parts of intestine at the same time.The electric activity in intensity and in frequency of the graft intestine is lower than that of proximal host-intestine.This study suggests that the migration notility complex was inhibited after intestinal transplantation.
