婴幼儿上尿路结石梗阻并发尿毒症五例报告

摘要

This article reported 5 cases of uremia in patients with upper urinary tract obstruction due to urinary stone.All patients were successfully treated by surgical lithotomy.The etiology,diagnosis and treatment of this symdrome were discussed and literatures were reviewed.If hemodialysis is not available in a local hospital,an emergency litholomy should be suggested.All cases in this series are saved.%本文报道婴幼儿上尿路结石急性梗阻无尿并尿毒症5例,结合文献讨论其病因、诊断及治疗.基层医院在无血液透析条件时,作者主张急诊手术摘出结石,同时进行尿毒症的处理.本组全部存活.
