先天性髋脱位治疗前后骨髓内压的变化对股骨头发育的预测

摘要

The development of the femoral head has been followed-up with X-ray.The intramedullary pressure of the proximal femur was measured before and after treatment of congenital dislocation of the hip.It is discovered that the decrease of intramedullary pressure in the avascular femoral head was more obvious.than that of the normally developed femoral head after treatment.If "IMP Subtraction"is higher than 1.733 kPa,ischemic changes in the femoral head will appear after treatment.%本文对做过股骨近端骨髓内压(IMP)测定的先天性髋脱位患儿进行了治疗后X线片的随访.观察到先天性髋脱位治疗后发生股骨头缺血性改变的患儿,治疗后IMP下降的程度比股骨头发育良好者更为明显,先天性髋脱位治疗前后骨髓内压差值大予1.733kPa时,治疗后则有可能发生股骨头缺血性改变.
