小儿胫骨长段缺损的治疗

摘要

This paper repored 20 children with a large defect of the tibia treated by microsurgical operations,including:vascularized freefibular graft(9 succeeded)and the transfered ipsilateral fibula with vascular or vascularmuscular pedicle(8 succeeded and 3 failed).rnA discussion is made on the evaluation and indications of the two microsurgical operations,on factors of success or failure,and also on the ankle stability after partial fibula resection.%本文报导20例小儿胫骨长段缺损的治疗.应用吻合血管游离腓骨移植9例,成功9例,同侧带血管蒂或血管一肌蒂腓骨移植11例,成功8例,失败3例.全组成功率85%.文中对上述二种腓骨移植法的得失及其指证、成败关键,切取部分腓骨后对踝关节稳定的影响等问题进行了讨论.
