FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to reconstructive surgery. Wires are passed through tibia, outside the affected zone of tissues in such a way that their middle part is located above bone defect bottom. Muscular flap on feeding vascular pedicle is fixed in bone cavity by means of sutures. Distance between place of needle inlet and needle outlet in application of suture on skin is minimal. Sutures are tied up on split skin transplant, taken from anterior hip surface.;EFFECT: method ensures replacement of integumentary tissues of distal part of lower extremity and edge defect of tibia.;1 ex, 8 dwg
