先天性尿道瓣膜症(附九例报告)

摘要

本文报道先天性尿道瓣膜症9例,其中前尿道瓣膜2例、后尿道瓣膜7例,治疗7例,随访半～1年,5例排尿如常、1例点滴状遗尿及间断发烧.对发病情况、诊断、治疗进行了讨论.提出术后继续追踪观察和治疗并发症.%This paper reports 9 cases of congenital urethral valves.They were anterior(2)and posterior(7).Seven of them were treated and followed up for six months to one year.Five were cured.The clinical eharacteristics,diagnosis and management are discussed.
