小儿末节断指再植

摘要

From November 1987 to August 1991,severed distal segments of fingers were replanted under surgical microscope in 23 children (28 fingers) whose ages were under 12 years.Replantation succeeded in 26 digits but failed in 2 digits.The successful rate was 92.8%.There were 9 cases(10 digits)whose ages were under 3 years.In this young group,the successful rate was 90%.All patients were followed-up from 4 momths to 3 years.The replanted distal segments of fingers had good appearance and good function.It was emphasized that the important points for replantation of the severed distal segments of fingers in children are:the confidence of the urgeons,non-traumatic manipulation,careful repair of the vessels and nerves and protection of the epiphysis.%自1987年11月～1991年8月,共再植12岁以下的小儿末节断指23例28个手指.成功26个手指,失败2个手指,成功率92.8%.其中3岁以下幼儿9例10指,成功9指,失败1指,成功率90.0%.术后随访4个月～3年,外观及功能满意.强调了良好的心理素质、无创性操作、精细的吻合技术以及小儿骨骺保护的重要性.
