小儿腹腔结核的外科问题

摘要

From 1986 to 1990,32 children with abdominal tuberculosis were admitted and operated on.In this group,19 boys and 13 girls,their ages ranged from 8 months to 13 years with a mean of 7.2 years.Four patients died (12%).The clinical features,diagnosis and surgical treatment were discussed in the text.%1986年至1990年,收治并予剖腹术的小儿腹腔结核共32例,其中男19例,女13例.年龄8个月～13岁,平均7.2岁.死亡4例.讨论了小儿腹腔结核的临床表现、诊断及手术治疗等问题.
