断流术治疗小儿门脉高压症合并食管静脉曲张破裂出血

摘要

使用Sugiura断流术治疗门脉高压症合并食管中下段静脉曲张频繁大出血者2例,分别随访6年和6个月以上,效果良好,未再发出血.%From 1984 to 1991,2 cases of portal hypertension with rupture and bleeding of esophageal varicose were treated by paraesophago-gastric devascularization (the Sugiura's procedure) .Both patients are boys,of 6 yrs and 12 yrs respectively.They were followed up for 6 yrs and for 6 mons respectively.There was no hemorrhage recurrence.
