应用牵引逐渐整复外固定架治疗肱骨髁上骨折(介绍一种新的治疗方法)

摘要

介绍用牵引逐渐整复外固定架治疗肱骨髁上骨折的方法,此法不仅用于一般肱骨髁上骨折,也适用于严重错位整复困难,维持位置困难、或经治疗失败软组织条件差的病例.通过调节牵引的力度、方向、肘关节屈伸角度,以及矫正肱骨轴线的旋转畸形,可以达到满意的解剖复位.固定架采用可透X线的材料制成,治疗过程中可及时校正干髁角和Baumann角.%This frame makes itself by an adjuster of three-dimension reduction.Some complications can be prevented effectively.The patients can move their arms freely because the frame is light in weight.In the whole course of treatment,X-ray examination should be taken,and shaft-condylar angle and Baumann angle being determined liberally.Thirty cases of various kinds of supracondylar fracture were treated by this way.Encouraging results were obtained. No cubitus varus occured in these 30 cases.
