胆总管囊肿切除的病理解剖学研究

摘要

In order to make an accurate definition of the"interior cystectomy"of the choledochal cyst,a histological and anatomical study is performed on 30 cases with the cyst and 20 normal common bile ducts as control.No clear anatomical basis of the"interior cysteetomy"could be found.So called Lilly's interior excision practically resembles the procedure of a total excision of the cyst beneath the peritoneum.%为了找出"囊内"切除法与囊肿全厚层切除法的区别,作者对20例正常胆道和30例胆总管囊肿病理切片进行了组织学观察及各数例标本的大体解剖研究,均未发现能做"囊内"切除的解剖基础.初步认为所谓"囊内"切除法可能就是紧贴囊壁的腹膜下分离囊肿全厚层切除法.介绍了紧贴囊壁分离囊肿全厚层切除法的经验.
