小儿外科住院患儿营养不良发病特点

摘要

The nutritional status of 35 emergency patients and 115 general patients were studied:according to 14 criterias including anthropometry,biochemistry and immunology.It's found that the incidence of malnutrition in emergency patients was far higher than that in general patients.The depletion of protein.in the patients with digestive diseasewas more remarkable.The indigestion and malabsorption as well as bacterial infection were the main causes of PCM in surgical patients.The pathogenesis of PCM was discussed.%通过对35例急诊入院患儿和115例择期入院患儿进行营养状况评定,结果表明急诊入院者营养不良发生率远高于择期入院者,消化系统疾病患儿的蛋白质消耗明显,说明消化吸收功能障碍和感染是外科蛋白质热能营养不良的重要病因.
