32 cases with the breech muscle contracture caused by injections treated in our hospital after 1982,were followed up for 1-2 years.Surgical wound of all cases healed by first intention and a long proliferating scar followed.In 1-2 years the scars became soft,thin and recessive.Immunological examination was done in 47 cases,there was no significant change in IgA of the same age group between normal children and patients.But there is marked change of IgA between pre-operation and post-operation.It shows that the disease have no relation with the hereditary keloid tendency.%自1982年9月以来,作者采用手术治疗臀肌挛缩症.存获访32例患儿中,切口一期愈合,继之出现条状瘢痕增生,但随着时间推移,1～2年后瘢痕逐渐变软、变平和消退.从47例患儿免疫学测定中,发现同年龄组的正常儿与患儿比较,IgA差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05);手术前与手术后1个月免疫学测定值IgA差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05),说明本病与遗传和瘢痕素质无相关性.
